The company is taking a root of its sincere image and high reputation among its customers with its active participation in providing and supplying Indonesian sailors for merchant ships, cruise ships, fishing vessels (longliner, trawler, purse seine, gillnet, squid jigging, etc), offshore and onshore projects.

Business activity of the company is Manning Agency Services that providing and supplying Indonesian seamen for Merchant ships, fishing vessels (longliner, trawler, purse seine, gillnet, squid jigging, etc), offshore and onshore projects.
The company is managed by professional and skilled peoples who having experiences in this crewing business.
Caswadi, S.T is Director of the company has experiences in the field of crewing business since 1997 and has collaborated with Korean Shipping/Manning Agents like Illdong Shipping Co., Ltd, Marina Trading Co., Ltd, Hansu Trading Co., Ltd, Hanjin Trading Co., Ltd and others.
Since the company started its activity, the first foreign fishing company which collaborated was SOLANDER (PACIFIC) LTD Fiji which owned and managed 13 fishing vessels operated in Fiji, Marshal Islands, and Pacific Ocean.
The company grew up fastly and had supplied over 258 seamen to foreign companies around the world till 2015.
In 2015, the company extended its market by collaborating with Trinidad shipowners (12 vessels), Maldivess shipowners (7 vessels) and European shipowners (6 vessels).
Due to uncertain circumstance and decreased fishes catching, many shipowners sold out and reduced their fishing vessels which caused reduction of crew supply. So, in 2015 the company just collaborated with Fijian shipowners (13 vessels), Trinidad shipowner (12 vessel) Falkland shipowner (3 vessel) and European (6 vessels).
