Vladivostok-based Trade House introducing new products to its range

Since mid-January 2007 Vladivostok-based Vostochnye Rybnye Promysly (East Fisheries) Trade House has added new products to its current range now, as a result, including freshfrozen non-gutted fish such as chum salmon, pink salmon, wachna cod, flounder and squid tubes.

The innovations are packed both into traditional poly packs under the brand of Solyonyi Veter and into 7-kilo corrugated boxes. All the products are made and certified in Russia.

In the year 2005 TM Solyonyi Veter was recognized the best trade mark in its category and awarded a gold medal at the competition Year Brand Effiе-2005.

Range

The company's range includes such salted fish items as herring, salmon species (sockeye, coho, chum and pink) in vacuum packs, plastic buckets, etc.

Marinated matjas herring are marketed under the trade marks of Solyonyi Veter and Legendy Okeana.

The trade house also offers frozen fish products such as Alaska pollock, cod, sockeye, coho and halibut. The range goes through a quality control and is certified as compliant with national standards.

Background

The company was established in May 2005 as an independent commercial enterprise to become a member of a holding with System Solutions as managing company.
