Titan Investments and Samherji lead a group of new investors in MP bank
Titan Investments ehf. and Samherji hf. lead a a group of new investors in MP Bank´s new share offering of 5 billion ISK, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to MP Bank.
The board of MP bank and the new investors have signed an agreement to that effect subject to further due diligence, approval of the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority and approval of MP Bank´s shareholder meeting. The process is estimated to take no more than 4 weeks.
