Russian vets lifted restrictions from Canadian plant
Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has lifted restrictions for seafood importation to Russia from one Canadian plant, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to the Service.
More specifically, under the Service's directive No.FS-NV-4/3553 dated 20 April 2009 the restrictions have been lifted from the Canadian plant No.3199 as of 27 April 2009. The previous directive No.FS-NV-4/878 dated 6 February 2009 has been therefore changed.
