Russian vets extending validity of seafood import permits for Chinese plants
Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor has extended validity of earlier issued seafood import permits of the Chinese fish processing plants, reports http://www.fishnet-russia.com/ (https://www.fishnet.ru/) with reference to the Service.
More specifically, under the Service's directive No. FS-NV-4/8638 dated 12 August 2009 the above mentioned permits are now valid until 1 November 2009. There is no need to update the permits to confirm the extension of their validity, the Service says.
