Russian Sea Company, one of the nation's largest producers of seafood, has expanded its range of fish roe by adding up capelin roe in glass jars under the Russian Sea label, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to the company.

The firm says that the product has a fine taste, tender structure and it will be fit for sandwiches and for traditional Japanese rolls as well.

Capelin roe contains vitamins A, B, C, a number of microelements and fish oil. It is remarkable for its easiness of digestion thus making it one of the best for health fish delis.

At present the range of capelin roe offered by Russian Sea includes four products:

  • Capelin roe TM Russian Sea delicatessen classic,
  • Capelin roe TM Russian Sea delicatessen lightly smoked,
  • Capelin roe TM Russian Sea delicatessen with salmon,
