Russian Exports of APO Fillets to Europe Recovering
The Russian Federation increased exports of Alaska pollock fillets to the German market by 78% to 28 000 tonnes in 2006, according to Globefish.
This increase contrasts with a 30% fall in supplies from the Russian Federation in 2005 and marks the end of a trend which has seen Russian supplies fall from over 60 000 tonnes in 2001.
