In particular, an increase was still reported in the Russian Far East where the harvest grew 1.4% year-on-year to 1,858,300 tonnes, an indication of deceleration in the last months of the year.
Increases were registered in Murmansk-led North Basin (10,800 tonnes up) and in the Baltic Sea (40,100 tonnes up).
There were however some reductions in the Black Sea, Sea of Azov and the Caspian Sea.
