Russia and Belarus to create united veterinary inspection
Russia and Belarus will establish a united vet inspection service to inspect food products from other foreign countries, said Mr. Semyon Shapiro, the Minister of Agriculture of Belarus at a recent meeting with Russian colleagues, reports http://www.fishnet-russia.com/ (https://www.fishnet.ru/ ) with reference to Gazeta.
More specifically, the parties have discussed the questions of harmonization of veterinary cooperation, creation of the united vet inspection service at the united border and the inspection of the products from the third countries.
Speaking of the approval of Belarusian agricultural producers exporting their products into the Russian Federation the Minister said that these problems would be solved in the forthcoming month.
According to Mr. Shapiro, the both Ministries are already finalizing the document in which the principles, deadlines, an procedure of approval of Belarusian food producers will be specified.
