According to the President of Russian Pollock Association Mr. German Zverev, the new requirements strengthening the glazing content in fish products boost fillet production by Russian processors.
In this situation, in 2010 the member companies of Russian Pollock Association have refurbished 5 more vessels for fillet production. At present 20 fishing vessels are capable to process fillet.
