New fish plant near Kaliningrad to produce up to 70 tonnes per day

A large fish processing plant has been recently launched in Bagrationovsky District of Kaliningrad Region, reports http://www.megafishnet.com/ (https://www.fishnet.ru/).

The plant has been equipped with necessary equipment for full processing cycle from fish dressing operations to production of read-to-eat items. The daily output will reach up to 70 tonnes of fish products, including products of export quality.

The fish plant has already created 160 new jobs and in the near future they are supposed to grow to 500.

The company's plans also provide for own production of farmed fish. Production rise will encourage emergence of associated plants for instance for production of packing materials.
