Morpol ASA – Invitation to Capital Markets Day 1-2 December in Ustka, Poland

Morpol ASA is pleased to invite investors, analysts, media and other interested partied to a Capital Markets Day on 1-2 December 2010 at the company's main processing facility in Ustka, Poland, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Morpol.

The number of participants will be limited, and investors, analysts and representatives from the media will have to register in advance. Priority will be given to sell side analysts and current Morpol shareholders.

The Capital Markets Day will take place the week after the Q3 2010 results presentation and contain a broad presentation of the company's overall business and strategy. CEO Jerzy Malek and Morpol management will further give presentations of the various business areas and markets. There will also be a guided tour of the processing facilities in Ustka, which is the largest salmon processing facility in the world.

Morpol will arrange for transportation for those coming from Norway through a chartered round trip flight Oslo Gardermoen-Gdansk, and bus transportation in Poland. Departure from Oslo will be in the morning 1 December, with return to Oslo in the afternoon on 2 December. Participants will be accommodated in a hotel in Ustka from 1-2 December.
