For the test stage three companies have qualified to enjoy the right of simpler customs clearance.
The prequalification requirements include direct contact with foreign suppliers, direct payment to the producer, substantial company capital and considerable foreign trade turnover.
In this way it is supposed to grant no access to companies who avoid taxes and customs duties, misstate countries of origin, falsify accompanying documents, etc.
