Luxury Trout Caviar, frozen in plastic cups

AquaPri, Danish producer of luxury trout caviar and one of the largest Danish farmers of trout and fresh pike perch has acknowledged the global demand for Japanese style cooking and is launching a new range of Trout caviar for the food service segment, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to AquaPri.

The caviar, frozen in plastic cups, will be offered in various sizes from 50-250 gram, easy to use in any Japanese style restaurant, for flight catering, cruise ships or just for any meal with sense for luxury - and without opening more of the precious stuff than necessary.
