Leroy Seafood: boards approval of final accounts 2009
At its meeting on 7 April 2010, the Board of Directors of Leroy
Seafood Group ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2009, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Leroy.
Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 7.0 per share
(53,577,368 shares), are not altered from preliminary figures which
were published on 25 February 2010.
