The oldest fishing company of Kamchatka, Imeni Lenina fishing co-op, has elected a new chairman, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to Vostok-Media.

More specifically, at the meeting of authorized electors the participants have decided to impeach credibility to now ex-Chairman Vladimir Drachyov and dismiss him (also following his own wish to leave the post due to health problems) ahead of time. Meanwhile, Sergey Tarusov has been unanimously elected the new chairman, as the candidature has been supported by the co-op's fishing fleet, onshore workshops and fish processing factory.
