Fish fillet production in Russia soaring so far in 2022
In the first nine months of 2022 output of fish products amounted to about 3.1 million metric tons, according to the provisional data from the governmental statistics agency Rosstat.
The output of frozen fish fillets totalled 213.4 thousand tonnes, or by 26.7% on the respective result of 2021, frozen fish — 2.1 million tonnes.
