FAF to hold repeated auction for deep-sea crabs’ quota shares
Russia’s Federal Agency for Fisheries (FAF) has announced that it will hold an electronic auction on April 7, 2021 for “the sale of the right to conclude an agreement on securing and granting a share of the crab catch quota provided for investment purposes in the field of fisheries for commercial fishery and (or) inshore fishery in the Far Eastern Fisheries”, reports Megafishnet.com.
According to FAF, one lot (deep-sea crab species) was put up for auction anew because no bids were received for this item during the sale conducted in accordance with the FAF order dated December 25, 2020 No. 741. The initial price of the lot has been reduced by 10%.
Applications for participation in the auction in electronic form are accepted by the Operator of the electronic platform Joint Stock Company "Russian Auction House" from 15: 00 on March 5, 2021 to 15: 30 (Moscow time) on April 5, 2021 at the website of the operator of the electronic platform.
Lot numbers, types of crabs, fishing areas, quota shares ( % ), the initial price of lots, the auction step, the amount of funds deposited as security for the application to participate in the auction (hereinafter-the deposit):
