Commercial production of new crab and fish product depends on results of its test on Khabarovsk consumers

At the local show to be held in Khabarovsk in mid-June current the guests will be offered to taste a brand new product called habcrab-burger.

The burger consists of a potato bun, a cake made from crab meat with Pacific fish and local vegetables. The recipe is not disclosed in full with some ingredients remaining the producer’s know-how.

If the product has a good response at the show, it can go for commercial production under the Kusun brand.
