Icelandic USA's Haddock with Creamy Artichoke and Caper Sauce was selected as a new product finalist, along with ten other products from top seafood companies worldwide. Two winners will be selected on March 20 at the International Boston Seafood Show, one for the foodservice category and another for the retail channel. The largest seafood event in North America, the Boston Seafood Show features more than 800 exhibits, top quality products and the industry's best networking.
The Seafood Excellence Awards annually recognize the product leaders in the North American seafood market and introduce the top products predicted to stand out with consumers.
