Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK Ltd will, for the first time, showcase their full range of smoked salmon and gravadlax products as whole sides, loins and sliced packs, and also their fresh salmon loin packs at the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels this week (27 to 29 April), reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK Ltd.

The event will provide an ideal opportunity for buyers from around the world to try the new range first hand and speak directly to the team behind the product development.

Managing director, Michael Stark said: "The European Seafood Exposition has always been the single most important date in the seafood calendar for us and this year is no exception.
