Grieg Seafood - completion of transaction
The reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 24 January 2011 in which Grieg Seafood entered into an agreement whereby the company acquires 51.3% of the shares in Erfjord Stamfisk AS, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Grieg Seafood.
The transaction has been executed on 17 February 2011, pursuant to the agreement between the parties.
