Fishermen's International Congress in Vladivostok to highlight sustainability issues
The forthcoming Fishermen's International Congress in Vladivostok will highlight sustainability issues as most important on the agenda, according to the organizers.
More specifically, the discussion will allot quite a bit of time to ongoing and future certification of the Russian fisheries for compliance with the environmental standards of MSC. The Fishermen's Congress will take place on 13-14 September 2007. It is expected that it will host guests from many parts of the world in addition to Russian attendance.
