NEW: Smoked fish production line
The special show will present technology close-up. A walk-in production line of the whole production process in a smokehouse will demonstrate filleting, seasoning, smoking and packaging of smoked fish. A complete processing line will be demonstrated for the first time from the raw material to the marketable product. Interested visitors are given access to the production line under real conditions and thus get a chance to gain detailed information on the individual process stages work.
