Directive No. FS-NV-4/6296 dated 30 June 2008 of Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor

Due to discovery, during monitoring tests, of forbidden and harmful components in fish products (high content of mercury 0.79 ± 0,1264 mg per kilo) coming from the USA and processed at the plant No.3019635 Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor has imposed temporary restrictions on the import of products from the plants as of 7 July 2008, according to an official release received by http://www.fishnet-russia.com/ (https://www.fishnet.ru/).

In the event of products shipped before 7 July 2008 the procedure of products clearing shall be performed in accordance with the existing rules. Regional offices of Rosselkhoznadzor shall take the material from each product lot to conduct laboratory tests for forbidden and harmful components.
