Directive No. FS-AS-4/2369 dated 18 March 2008 of Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor

Based on the results of laboratory researching of seafood coming from Denmark and processed at the plant No. DK 0076 Russia's Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Rosselkhoznadzor has discovered violations of the Russian veterinary and sanitary regulations, according to an official release received by http://www.fishnet-russia.com/ (www.fishnet.ru).

Due to this fact, from 1 April, 2008 Russian vet authorities have imposed restrictions on the Danish plant No. DK 0076 and banned the import of seafood products from this plant onto the territory of the Russian Federation.
