Nofima merged into one company

All limited liability companies in the Nofima family have been merged into one company as of July 1. Nofima AS has assumed all the assets, rights and obligations of the former companies Nofima Marin AS, Nofima Mat AS, Nofima Bergen AS and Nofima Norconserv AS and these are now dissolved as separate companies, reports http://www.megafishnet.com/ with reference to Nofima.

The professional activities of the respective companies will continue to be run as previously, and all employees will continue in the same job at the same geographical location as prior to the merger.

Naturally some internal adjustments will occur as a result of the merger, but this will have little impact on our contact with clients and suppliers. You will still be able to contact project managers and contact people on the same phone numbers and at the same places as previously.
