New CEO to lead Morpol ASA
As announced earlier, Mr. Jerzy Malek will resign as CEO of Morpol ASA with effect from 28th February 2013. The Board of Morpol ASA has appointed Mr. John-Paul McGinley, the former COO of the company, as the new CEO, according to Morpol.
Mr. John-Paul McGinley has extensive knowledge of the company and its operations having worked in various positions in the Morpol group since 2007. He also has extensive experience in administrative, operational and commercial roles in listed companies in the salmon sector, firstly in the Netherlands with Nutreco (2001-2004) and later in the Netherlands and Poland with Marine Harvest ASA (2004-2007).
Mr. John-Paul McGinley will take full responsibility as the new CEO from 1st March 2013.
