Huge fish cannery under construction in Kaliningrad region

One of the largest fish canneries in Russia is being built in the Svetlovsky city district of the Kaliningrad region, reports Megafishnet.com.

According to the Government of the Kaliningrad Region, when commissioned, the factory will have a production capacity of 120 million physical cans of fish per year

The layout of the fish cannery under construction was presented in St-Petersburg by Za Rodina group of companies.

As a result of the project implementation, an enterprise that meets the latest international standards will be created. It is expected that with its launch, the production of canned fish will almost double in the region. In addition, more than three hundred new jobs will be created.
