Cermaq ASA: Extraordinary General Meeting voting to authorize sale of feed business
An extraordinary General Meeting in Cermaq ASA was held yesterday, according to Cermaq ASA.
The General Meeting granted with more than a 2/3 majority the Board of Directors the authorisation to sell all or parts of the company's fish feed business EWOS also in situations covered by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 6-17 (1), cf- § 6-17 (2). The authorisation includes the determination of the terms and structure of any potential transaction. The authorisation is valid until December 31 2013.
