China Fishery Group scrip dividend scheme - despatch of notices of election

The Directors of China Fishery Group Limited refer to the announcement dated 28 January 2011 in relation to the application of the China Fishery Group Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme to the first and final dividend of 5.00 Singapore cents per ordinary share (tax not applicable) for the financial year ended 28 September 2010, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to China Fishery Group.

The Directors wish to announce that the Company has today despatched the Notices of Election to all eligible persons registered as holders of shares in the Register of Members and/or the Depository Register, as the case may be, as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 February 2011.

Eligible shareholders who wish to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme must complete, sign and return the Notices of Election to the Company's Share Transfer Agent in Singapore, B.A.C.S. Private Limited at 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 (or such other address as may be announced by the Company from time to time), or The Central Depository (Pte) Limited at 4 Shenton Way #02-01, SGX Centre 2, Singapore 068807 (or such other address as may be announced by the Company from time to time), as the case may be, by 5.00 p.m. on 9 March 2011. The Notices of Election in respect of the Final Dividend shall not, upon receipt by B.A.C.S or CDP, be withdrawn or cancelled.

Shareholders with registered addresses outside Singapore who did not provide an address in Singapore for the service of notices and documents by notifying the Company's Share Transfer Agent, B.A.C.S or, if the Overseas Shareholder is a Depositor, CDP by 5.00 p.m. on 8 February 2011 will not receive the Notices of Election.

Notices of Election received after 5.00 p.m. on 9 March 2011 will not be effective to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the Final Dividend. Eligible shareholders who do not elect to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme and Overseas Shareholders who have not provided registered addresses in Singapore to B.A.C.S or CDP, as the case may be, will receive all of their respective entitlements to the Final Dividend in cash.

The Final Dividend will be paid on 30 March 2011.

Shareholders who have not received their Notices of Election by 1 March 2011 should notify B.A.C.S or CDP, as the case may be.
