BAMR to manage one more important fishing company

In January 2007 BAMR Management Company celebrated its first year of steering the RFE's largest APO quota holder OAO NBAMR (plc) (full Russian name - OAO Nakhodkinskaya Baza Aktivnogo Morskogo Rybolovstva), according to the firm's press-service.

The combine says it is happy with its manager's activities and the two-level management practice has been noted by another large fishing company JSC ZAO Roliz. As a result, in late December 2006 it transferred to BAMR Management Company some of its powers as to settling general issues. At the same time, OAO NMABR (plc) and JSC ZAO Roliz remain independent players with their own services and infrastructure.
