Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet electing new board of directors

The general annual meeting of shareholders of OAO Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet (plc), the region's largest quota holder 100% owned by the Russian government, has approved the company's report for the year 2008 and elected board of directors, reports www.fishnet-russia.com (www.fishnet.ru) with reference to the company.

ATF's directors' board includes nine representatives from the Federal Property Agency Rosimuschetsvo and its territorial departments, and Russia's Federal Fisheries Agency. Head of the latter agency Andrey Krainy has been appointed the chairman of the directors' board.

The combine's general director is Yury Nikulin.
