A successful ESE Brussels show for Ocean Trawlers

After many years absence, Ocean Trawlers participated again with its own stand on the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels 3-5 May, reports www.megafishnet.com with reference to Ocean Trawlers. 

On 56m2 in hall 11, the emphasis was on the Wild Fresh-frozen at Sea Atlantic cod and haddock and the MSC certification the company received last year.  Special attention was given to the FAS fillets, marketed under the Atlantika brand and a broad range of fillet products; from skin on pbi, skinless pbi and skinless boneless to the new production at sea of loins and portions.  The successful operation of Ocean Trawlers has been founded on the recipe:

Fish is one of nature's greatest gifts, and the less you do to it and the quicker you freeze in all its natural goodness the better the product!

The staff of Ocean Trawlers in Europe, North America and Asia met with its many customers from all over the world and it was clear that the position of the company is very strong and that many new customers have been added to already impressive list over the past couple of years.
