ESE

The European Seafood Exposition is the annual meeting of the seafood buyers and sellers around the world.

new products during last years edition.

In three days time the majority of Seafood business will be done for 2007. 84% of the visitors have purchasing power.
The median annual seafood purchases per visiting company are around   4.5 million.

The ESE New Products Competition was created to recognize the best new seafood products of the year developed for the
European market. A distinguished group of seafood experts will judge each entrant on taste, originality, convenience,
packaging, market potential and nutrition.

All finalist products will be displayed in a special Seafood Prix d'Elite stand at the show.

The winning products will be announced at the Seafood Prix d'Elite reception on the first evening of the show. The
winners will receive special recognition at the show and in the press.
