Gençsoy extruded fish feed factory provides with a wide range products to the aquaculture producers. All machines of production line was manufactured by Gençsoy Machinery and it is proud of to be the first fish feed factory in Turkey equipped by %100 domestic machinery. Gençsoy Feed aims to be a leader of fish feed production by top quality sea bream, sea bass and trout feeds, using advanced tecnology and expert technical staff. Production facilities are located at TURKEY AYDIN Organized Industry Region. By advanced technology used in GENÇSOY, raw materials are also supplied with care and it is ensured that producers receive high results of Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). All the raw materials are analyzed for moisture, crude protein, crude oil, crude cellulose, crude ash, phosphorus, calcium, digestible protein, aflatoxin analysis, free fatty acid analysis, number of peroxides, number of iodine.The raw materials are approved for purchase if they conform to the standarts and if no data are rejected. However, physical (color, odor, image, pellet hardness, pellet diameter) and chemical controls are made at every stage of production and quality control is provided until the product leaves the factory and the quality of the obtained product is determined by laboratory studies. After sales products are continuously checked, customer needs are monitored and a fast logistics service is provided to customers in product transportation.
