Company Samways Fish Merchants

We are an export company specializing in fresh fish from the South Coast of England. Our procedures start with our intake team, who check each fish on arrival, and ends with our quality checker on dispatch, to ensure each order leaves us in perfect condition. We are in direct communication with over 150 inshore boats that land to us on a daily basis. It is our belief that a good relationship with the skippers is paramount to making sure all produce is handled with the highest standards possible. From there, we are then able to supply each customer with the finest fish that the South Coast has to offer. Here at Samways we also supply over 600 tonnes of fish back to fishermen, for shellfish capture. These fishermen will then land their catch back to us for next day delivery. This includes live crabs, lobsters or even handpicked crabmeat. Samways also boasts a strong scallop production, which cuts half shell or cleaned meat to order.
